Urban growing without compromise

Windarium began out of Frustration. A note from the Owner, Karie, “I have always loved plants and the simple joy of growing my own food. Living in the city, I was fortunate enough to have outdoor space to enjoy during the warmer months. But when winter set in, everything changed. I wanted that same feeling year-round—walking into the kitchen and snipping fresh basil, rosemary, and thyme while cooking, or simply looking up to see healthy green foliage soaking in the daylight.”

Our story
A sleek, renter-friendly window greenhouse installed in a classic white-framed, vertically opening apartment window, captured in photographic realism. The transparent, double-walled acrylic greenhouse spans the full sash opening, with slim brushed-aluminum edges and visible pressure-fit brackets gripping the window track, clearly showing a secure, tool-free installation with no screws or drilling. Inside, neat rows of basil, parsley, and mint grow in matte white planters, their leaves lush and dewy. Outside the glass, a soft-focus urban skyline suggests a high-rise setting. Late morning natural light pours through the window, creating crisp yet gentle shadows on the greenhouse edges.
